Discover the Academy like never before!
Welcome to the Galleria dell’Accademia in Florence.
We invite you to take a fascinating tour of one of Italy's most emblematic museums, home to some of the masterpieces that forever changed the history of art.
Throughout this audio guide you will discover not only the most important sculptures and paintings in the collection, but also the human stories behind them: brilliant artists, powerful patrons, rivalries, surprising anecdotes and curiosities that will help you see each work with new eyes.
From the elegance of the Florentine Renaissance to the extraordinary power of Michelangelo, we will tour the main rooms of the museum together to understand how Florence became one of the cultural capitals of the world.
And, of course, we will arrive at the main protagonist of the visit: David, one of the most admired sculptures of all time.
Put on your headphones, or listen from your mobile phone, let yourself be carried away by the stories and get ready to discover the Accademia in a fun, entertaining and different way.
